I think this quote from the homepage of this website goes well with my Apocalypse film class, and the idea of creating our own destruction purposefully is certainly an intriguing one that comes up in a variety of texts. Ironically, the money donated here goes to a human rights agency, but the thought of wanting to create a zombie outbreak in order to make life more interesting touches on the fascination that we have as humans with our own destruction and the end of times, especially when we cause it.
